This pivotal position involves spearheading the implementation and configuration of cutting-edge analytics tracking solutions .

As an Analytics Implementation Manager, you will collaborate directly with clients to seamlessly collect, analyse, and report on user data across various digital platforms . Your primary objective is to ensure our clients stay ahead of industry developments, such as Google's Consent Mode and Server-side tracking technologies . Your role as an Analytics Implementation Manager is crucial in translating business requirements into technical execution , bridging the gap between our clients' objectives and the analytics infrastructure . Responsibilities extend to supporting our existing clients, ensuring the consistent delivery of best-practice tracking solutions across all projects. Croud operates a hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days a week based in our Shrewsbury office and the remaining days from home if you wish.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of business requirements and analytics objectives, ensuring alignment throughout the implementation process. Advise and direct them as needed, continuously considering opportunities for improvement
  • Design, implement, and meticulously maintain analytics tracking solutions using advanced tag management systems, such as Tealium, and technologies like Google Tag Manager, prioritising a focus on specific Tealium solutions relevant to our clients' needs

  • Spearhead the configuration and deployment of analytics tags, pixels, and event tracking scripts across diverse digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and other interfaces
  • Conduct rigorous testing and validation procedures to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of data collection, proactively identifying and resolving any issues related to tracking discrepancies or implementation errors
  • Innovate custom tracking solutions and scripts to capture nuanced user interactions and events, facilitating advanced analytics reporting and insights generation
  • Document comprehensive analytics implementation requirements, configurations, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing and client training purposes, ensuring transparency and clarity in all processes
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in analytics tracking and digital marketing, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organisation
PERSON SPECIFICATION

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), with expertise in leveraging tag management systems like Tealium for comprehensive analytics tracking
  • Extensive experience with analytics platforms, particularly Google Analytics, including knowledge of GA4 implementations and a demonstrated understanding of Google Consent Mode implementations
  • GA4 for Firebase, iOS Measurement, Consent Mode for Apps and AppsFlyer experience is desirable
  • Experience with Facebook CAPI implementation is considered a strong asset

Analytical Mindset:

  • Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and devise efficient solutions, underpinned by meticulous attention to detail in data validation and quality assurance processes
  • Demonstrated interest in holistic solution design related to analytics implementation, incorporating concepts like privacy into comprehensive client solutions and roadmaps designed to enhance analytics practice maturity

Communication Skills:

  • Proficiency in articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, coupled with a proven track record of effective collaboration within cross-functional teams and external developers

Continuous Learning:

  • Commitment to staying updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices, ensuring ongoing professional development and knowledge enrichment

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Standard hours are from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, there's flexibility if agreed in advance with your linemanagers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
