The National Trust looks after places that contain the work of some of the world's most recognised and celebrated artists, architects, designers and master craftsmen and were homes to some of the most revered individuals in British history such as WinstonChurchill, Bess of Hardwick, and Beatrix Potter.
Working as a key member of the programme team, you will support the Senior Programme Manager and Programme Board to ensure the smooth-running of the programme, its support systems and processes.

Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon, however there will be an opportunity to explore and agree hybrid working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the Trust.
What you'll be doing You'll be the glue that holds the programme team together. You'll provide a high-quality, professional programme support service to the Senior Programme Manager and Programme Board.
You'll be organising and administering the Programme Board and wider team meetings and minutes, coordinating the monthly news bulletin, updating intranet pages and developing case studies.
You'll manage knowledge and information for the programme, supporting the collation of reports for the programme board and helping to ensure that project teams are adhering to project management best practice.
You don't need to have all of the knowledge, skills and experience listed in the role profile; this is just to provide a full picture of what is possible in thisrole.
For this position we're looking for someone who has:- Experience of meeting and diary management-Stakeholder management
- providing a consistent point of contact for the programme, internally and externally. -Communications
- supporting the delivery of the communications plan -Information management
- ensuringthat all files and folders up to date-Project support and administration
- providing full administrative support for projects within the programme
