Click Convert are an award winning digital marketing agency, with offices in Llanfynydd between Wrexham and Mold.
A Sales Support Administrator is responsible for maintaining and updating a company's customer database, researching potential customers, obtaining contact details, and assisting the sales team with performance reviews of clients' businesses.
- Maintaining and updating the customer database, including contact information, purchasing history, and other relevant data
- Researching potential business customers and identifying leads for the sales team
- Assisting the sales team in preparing for client meetings and presentations
- Undertaking performance reviews of clients' businesses to identify opportunities for improvement and areas for growth
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics
- Providing customer service and support, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints
The Sales Support Administrator should have excellent organizational and research skills, as well as strong communication and customer service skills.
Hours are flexible but are normally between 3pm and 8pm.
£12 per hour, plus performance bonus, qualifying period with a contributory pension 28 days holiday pro rata (inc Bank Holidays), car parking, subsidised social events, plus other regular incentives, rewards and free 'real coffee'
