Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Bus Telematics Installer to join our team on a 3-year contract. The role involves installing and setting up telematics systems on buses at various UK locations. This position offers a thrilling chance to work with advanced equipment and contribute to the evolution of transportation technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and uphold telematics systems on buses as per specifications.
- Perform comprehensive testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper equipment functionality.
- Collaborate with team members for timely project completion.
- Provide training to bus operators on system usage and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and inventory.
- Demonstrated experience in telematics system installation and maintenance.
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel across UK locations.
• Previous exposure to timespace equipment is a plus.
