Are you looking for a part time role or additional hours? Our client based in Workington is looking to recruit a permanent Caretaker to work 3 hours a day over Monday

  • Friday (15 hours a week) the client is flexible either mornings or afternoons.


The position is a permanent role however initially you may start off temporary with a view to the role leading to a permanent position.

You will be carrying out Caretaker duties on an Industrial Estate & duties will include:

  • Daily inspection of the communal areas to identify repair requirements, health and safety risks and ensure service standards are being maintained.
  • Able to undertake minor repairs within the estate, as and when required
  • Ensure the communal areas are kept clean and tidy at all times, landscaping
  • Deal with any maintenance and cleaning problems identified within the estate
  • Conduct viewings as agreed with the Asset Manager
  • Maintain ongoing and good relationships with local occupiers
Experience working with people within caretaking, building or estates/ facilities management and experience in a similar role is preferred.
