The Company


I am delighted to be partnering with a service-based business, located in Newbury, who are looking to bring in an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their finance team.


The Role
Reporting to the Accounts Manager, some of the roles and responsibilities are:

  • Processing staff expenses
  • Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Data entry
  • Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries
  • Maintain purchase ledger
  • Processing supplier payments
  • Maintain Accounts Mailbox

What you'll need to be successful

  • High quality attention to detail
  • Able to manage workload efficiently
  • Ability to work within a small team effectively
  • Accounts Payable Experience (Desirable)
