  • You should be compassionate
  • You will want to make a difference to each resident.
  • You will be required to hold and Enhanced Adult & Child DBS we can assist with this.
  • You will be able to provide exceptional standards of care.
  • Promote dignified care.
  • Ensure Health & Safety is adhered to within the homes at all times.
About the Role

  • You will be assisting the teams within the home to ensure that residents needs are met daily. The residents are living with a range of health and age related health conditions, physical and mental health conditions that will require you to ensure that you are caring for them in a person centred approach, with the lead coming from the permanent team on site.
  • Some Residents may have Dementia and have some additional needs which require one on one care throughout the day or night.
  • You will assist with personal care needs, each resident will have differing needs.
  • Assisting with Dressing
  • Assisting with Hydration & Nutritional needs
  • You will be expected to assist in keeping the home clean and tidy at all times, maintaining the homes high standards.
  • Possible prompting of Medication.
In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate Regulations, Buttons Recruitment will require you to hold an Adult & Child Enhanced DBS, Right To Work, Referencing and Employment History checks in line with the Government Guidelines for the role & Safer recruitment practise
