Synergy Carers are recruiting Community Support Workers to provide essential personal care to their service users based here in St.

Ives, Cornwall.


It will be working with a well-established care company and can offer a variety of shift patterns from mornings and lates.


You will be paid £14.00 per hour PAYE across the entirety of your shift and will accrue annual leave on top of this rate.

The pattern includes early and late shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
  • Prepare and serve meals.
  • Assist with medication administration.
  • Light housework.
  • Provide companionship and social support.
  • Promote independence and dignity.
