I have an amazing opportunity to work for a leading provider in their field as an Events Executive.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for identifying and organising a variety of events, exhibitions and conferences across the globe.

As well as supporting with existing events in the calendar, you will have full autonomy to identify new events and implement ideas and plans.

As an Events Executive, you will also be responsible for:

  • Researching relevant events to promote the brand
  • Planning, developing and implementing ideas and being responsible for budget commitments
  • Liaising and managing suppliers and partners
  • Ensuring event communications are circulated internally and externally where necessary
  • Assisting with budget planning and monitoring to ensure the best possible ROI
  • Working alongside the marketing team to support with marketing objectives and to contribute new ideas
