We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, dynamic, experienced Lettings coordinator to undertake Inventory work for an established, highly rated Independent Estate Agency in Dudley

  • Ingoing inventories on a range of properties
  • Mid Term Inspections and forced MTI's where necessary (being responsible for checking and installing Smoke and CO alarms often working at height) and informing Landlords of outcomes
  • Final inspections, liaising between outgoing tenants, landlords, contractors and utility suppliers (usually online) as necessary, working closely with our Accounts team to allocate deposits
  • Updating software and collating documents to ensure compliance on a daily basis
  • Weekly, inperson compliance checks on multilet properties
  • Other duties as required within a busy lettings team as required
  • Relevant property experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude
  • High drive and motivation and be a selfstarter
  • The ability to multitask
  • Confidence with computerised software/online packages
  • The ability to work with a range of clients and properties
  • An ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
In return, the company are offering

  • Salary £19,50
  • Small, friendly team, good working environment, established firm
  • Working hours are 35 hrs p/wk
  • Mon-Fri 95 plus one in 4 Sats 9
  • Hols entitlement will be 20 days + Bank Hols for the 1st 12mths, rising to 25 days + Bank hols from then on, the first 3 months being probationary.
The applicant must have their own transport and have a flexible approach to working.
