_Role Objective:
_


Through the consistent delivery of the highest standards at night, whilst promoting a professional and positive image to all of our guests and contributing to the hotel's targets.


_Key Duties and Responsibilities Include:
_

  • Check in and out hotel guests as required as well as assist with guest requests in relation to luggage/porterage
  • Responsible for cleaning the lobby, back office, stairways and public areas
  • Responsibility for the front entrance and outside of the hotel and ensure that it is clean and tidy at all times.
  • To have a full understanding of the hotels' fire procedures to ensure the safety of all staff and guests at night
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Night and Assistant Night Managers
