About the role
Ideally, you'll have worked in a hotel or spa style environment, or have a retail beauty background. As the face of the Spa you'll be impeccably presented. You'll have a great personality, be genuine, approachable and attentive. The ability to sell is a must, and you'll enjoy working to exceed sales targets. You'll be able to demonstrate a passion for high levels of customer service and attention to detail. You'll have good numeracy, literacy and IT skills.

- Reception and booking system experience with a knack for making people smile
- Good Listener we don't make assumptions; we listen to what our Guests have to say the good and the bad
- Team focus there are no egos here, just hardworking people who love creating memorable experiences for every guest
