Title:
Planned Maintenance Coordinator - Permanent, Full Time

Salary:
£26k-27k Per Annum

Duties:

  • Oversee interaction with clients to ensure all service requirements are met, making note of instances that may need improvement
  • Manage the service schedule for planned maintenance
  • Working around other bookings and allowing flexibility for urgent callouts
  • Run reports through contract management, identifying the most appropriate resource based on location and skills
  • Create service orders and process them through the service scheduler and to the mobile device
  • Reserve, order, quote and send relevant parts
  • Liaise with customers and engineering resource to book visits and receive authorisation
  • Chase purchase order requests payments for upcoming visits
  • Complete customer questionnaires and permits, to produce standard risk assessments/ method statements where required
  • Provide team support and cover in times of high work demand and absence
  • Assisting with reactive callouts and planned maintenance quotations
  • Work within the internal systems, updating records to meet the needs of the visit and contract
  • Seek opportunities to promote company products and services

Requirements:

  • Must be able to drive due to the location
  • GCSE or equivalent Maths and English minimum Grade A
  • C
  • Experience of working within a customer support or service role, admin /coordinator based role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external contacts professionalism, understanding and awareness of others needs
  • A positive and helpful attitude
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills diary management, planning and prioritisation
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • To be flexible, resilient, reactive and adaptable to changing circumstances
  • Able to work quickly, methodically & accurately with attention to detail
