Allandale Care Group Ltd is a charity that has 2 care homes in Heswall.

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant/Administrator to join the team.

  • Main duties include
  • Operation of SAGE accounts software system.
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers as required with account queries.
  • Credit control.
  • Take payments from residents using in house systems and customer portals
  • Process invoices and resolve invoice queries.
  • Pay role duties.
  • Account related duties.
Experience

  • Have a good knowledge of book keeping and financial accounts.
  • Be knowledgeable in SAGE accounts.
  • Excellent customer service
  • Well organised and capable of prioritising tasks.
  • Computer skills
- competent in the use of Microsoft Office/Excel

  • Good verbal and written communications
  • Team orientated.
25-30 hours per week
