Liberty Recruitment Group are absolutely delighted to be working with our client to gain a Payroll Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position, based in Fareham, with the option of hybrid working.

The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for the processing of payroll from start to finish for approximately 400 employees.

Reporting into a knowledgeable and personable Finance Manager, this is a great opportunity to join a stable team and have influence over the future of the department.


Some of your duties will include:
Process statutory payments (SMP, SPP etc.)

Holiday and sickness reporting

Process starters and leavers

Prepare salary journals

Process P11d's, P60's and P45's as required

Prepare gender pay gap information

Reconciliations

Oversee an administrator

The successful individual will know payroll "inside out", have excellent attention to detail, be able to work collaborative and be able to use Excel.

In return, our client is offering a salary of circa £38k, DOE, plus some fantastic benefits including 25 days holiday + BH and private healthcare.
