- Covering all aspects of Credit Control, daily and monthly financial processes, and controls within your designated area. (This is where your Spanish will be utilised).
- Manage the Finance Assistant, operate the sales and purchase ledger functions with the support of your team.
- Detail cashflow management/planning and bank accounts maintenance for the designated region.
- Ensure all invoices and payments are correct and sent out on time, handle queries and resolve any problems.
- Ensure all credit control and accounting processes are adhered to efficiently and accurately.
- You MUST be both English AND Spanish Speaking.
- Demonstrate a background in working in a customer facing finance role, ideally from Telecoms but other industries will be considered.
- Highly numerate and computer literate
- Ability to build and maintain great business relationships and hold outstanding negotiation skills.
- Ideally hold a qualification in Business Administration, Management, finance or similar.
