A group of hotels in Blackpool is looking for full time maintenance person/handy man to join the current team to look after 4 hotels located in Blackpool.

We are looking for someone with below skills

1) Prior qualification or experience with electric work such as replacing sockets, switches, electric showers, PAT Testing etc

2) Good level of plumbing skills to manage any leaks or day t day issues

3) Painting and decorating, patch plastering and wall papering

4) Good level of understanding of fire safety requirements

5) Basic joinery skills relating to doors and windows

6) Prior experience of flooring, carpet fitting and use of UPVC cladding

Ideally with own vehicle and tools, petrol allowance is paid on top. Its a full time position with immediate start.
