Plan and deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment.
Ensure positive student outcomes and meet academic performance targets.
Actively contribute to developing the English curricula based on national best practice.
Administer courses, contribute to marketing initiatives, and maintain compliance with College policies.
Participate in quality assurance procedures, including assessment and internal verification.
Support unemployed adult learners and remove barriers to training.
PGDE or other level 4+ teaching qualification.
Relevant English/Literacy qualifications, ideally at level 4.
Experience delivering English L2 and GCSE.

Performance Evaluation:

Your performance will be evaluated based on indicators such as student feedback, success rate data, observation, inspection reports, attendance data, recruitment and retention data, and more.
