As a crucial member of the Tesco Team, you will be at the core of a vibrant Retail environment, assisting retail customers with Foreign Exchange options to ensure a great start to their travel.
What will you be responsible for?
- Nurturing relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency needs and customizing their experience based on their destination
- Establishing yourself as a travel money ambassador and a trusted advisor, offering support and advice on great Travelex products and services
- Processing all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently by engaging with customers
- Achieving key performance goals related to procedures, operations, and customer service
- Handling daily online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail
- Implementing best practice legal and regulatory standards while adhering to Travelex compliance procedures
Requirements:
- You should be comfortable with handling large amounts of cash and dealing with various currencies daily
- You will be using computers, in-house till systems, and ordering systems regularly. Although full training will be provided, basic understanding will be beneficial
- You should possess strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with people
- You must have the drive to make a difference, enjoy your work, care about the impact you create, and prioritize customer satisfaction
Interview Process:
- Step 1 – Review of application by Talent Acquisition Partners or Bureau Managers, followed by an initial screening call
- Step 2 – Online interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner, including insights into Travelex and the role, along with a numerical and accuracy test
- Step 3 – In-person visit to the bureau for a face-to-face meeting with the Bureau Manager
- Step 4 – Offer to join Travelex or detailed feedback if unsuccessful
