Are you an enthusiastic and experienced administrator? I am seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join a team as a customer service and administrative specialist.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth customer interactions, managing administrative tasks efficiently, and contributing to the overall success of this busy and friendly workplace.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide timely and appropriate assistance to customers
- Answer telephone calls in a professional and polite manner
- Manage quotations, customer enquiries, and orders with attention to detail.
- Enter customer orders and purchase orders into Sage, generating necessary paperwork for various orders.
- Consolidate production paperwork for job packs and organize completed job packs before invoicing.
- Accurately record stock deliveries on Sage, notify suppliers of discrepancies, and conduct stock takes as needed.
- Ensure documentation for accreditations (ISO9001, ISO14001, EN1090) is completed when required, with training provided.
- Handle eBay and website orders, preparing items and paperwork for shipment or collection by couriers and pallet companies.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required by the General Manager and Managing Director.
