Administrator - Medical Records

PURPOSE OF ROLE:
As a team member within the Medical Records Team, you will provide support to the legal teams within Fletchers Group, requesting medical records, processing incoming medical records bundles and instructing cases for pagination.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Requesting all medical records and relevant documentation as directed on a specific case form various organisations
- Review of records to ensure the records received are complete failing which missing records will need to be requested and any issue raised with Legal Client Care Team
- Ensuring all medical records are processed and uploaded to the Case Management system in line with the team SLA
- Archiving and locating stored media ensuring the policy for handling of data is followed
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Be highly motivated, organised and proactive
- Ability to work as a team member and remotely
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience of proclaim or other software tools for example Adobe, Microsoft
Salary:
£18,018.00 per year
