Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging and tailored lessons to meet diverse learner needs
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning space where every student feels supported
  • Assess and track student progress, offering timely feedback for ongoing support
  • Work collaboratively to develop a cohesive curriculum that fosters both academic and personal growth
  • Forge strong relationships with students, parents, and peers to build a supportive community
  • Engage in school-wide projects and continuous professional development activities to enhance teaching practices
  • Uphold the values and ethos of the school, promoting respect, kindness, and a passion for learning

Requirements:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in a primary school setting is advantageous
  • Demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for teaching and delivering high-quality education
  • Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities for effective lesson planning and delivery
  • Be a reflective practitioner committed to continuous professional growth
