Job Description:

nOur esteemed client, a well-established regional firm with multiple offices across England, is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their team.

As a key member of the family law department, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of family law matters, including divorce and separation, financial settlements, and child-related issues.


Responsibilities:
n

  • Handle a full range of family law matters, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing court documents.n
  • Liaise with various professionals, including psychologists, doctors, social workers, and police officers.n
  • Examine and evaluate evidence to benefit clientsn
  • Manage emotionally unpredictable situations with empathy and professionalism

Requirements:
n

  • Significant experience in family law mattersn
  • Excellent client care skillsn
  • Ability to lead own caseload with support from the teamn
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business development and financial targetsn
  • Confident and eloquent communication skills
