Credit Risk Data Analyst at Deutsche Bank - London (Hybrid 3 days in a week)

Overview

  • Join the Credit Change Team aligned to CRO Credit Risk Management within Group COO.
  • Responsible for data analysis, process design, quality management, and data remediation for credit risk model development and calibration.
  • Key focus on credit risk models including PD, LGD, and CCF, involving various data sets like reference data, transaction data, default recoveries, and more.

Key responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Data Remediation.
  • Data source analysis, defining specifications for sourcing, storage, and use of data for a consolidated Reference Data Set.
  • Designing data quality controls and validation processes.
  • Investigating data gaps and quality issues, performing data reconstruction, and reconciliation.
  • Data quality analysis on cash flows and risk drivers.
  • Running working groups, coordinating activities, and ensuring thorough documentation.

Skillset & Qualifications

  • Understanding of credit risk components and data processes.
  • Familiarity with banking products and structured data analysis.
  • Proficient in Excel with exposure to SQL and Python.
