Organized Sales Progressor Needed for Estate Agent in GU11 and Surrounding Areas

About the Company

This well-established estate agency operating in Surrey and Hampshire is seeking a proficient Sales Progressor to join their team. With exciting plans ahead, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of their journey.

Your Role

Whether you're currently in Sales Progression or have the potential to excel in this role, this opportunity is for you. Previous experience as a Sales Administrator, Move Co-ordinator, or Negotiator handling Sales Progression tasks is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication among buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other involved parties to ensure smooth property transactions.
  • Provide regular updates to all stakeholders involved, maintaining transparency and effective communication throughout the process.
  • Proactively address any issues that may surface during sales, such as legal or financial hurdles, to speed up the process.
  • Handle the progress of multiple property sales concurrently.
  • Keep accurate records and paperwork in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in real estate, particularly in sales progression or a similar role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of property sales processes, including legal and financial aspects.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to establish relationships and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Strong organizational abilities to juggle tasks and set priorities in a dynamic setting.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to tackle challenges efficiently.

Offer

  • Salary: Circa £30k base and £34k OTE
  • Schedule: Mon - Fri 8.45am - 5.30pm
  • Benefits: 23 days holiday + bank holidays, potential for hybrid working after probation period.
