Senior Quantity Surveyor

VolkerFitzpatrick has been selected for the Airfield Operating Surfaces (AOS) Framework, a project that will span over the next 5 years. The projects under this framework vary in size from £20m to over £150m. The scope of work includes resurfacing, refurbishing, upgrading lighting systems, constructing substations, laying concrete paving, and implementing drainage solutions.
We are commencing the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phases for these projects, which involve design and on-site survey works. The projects will be carried out at the following 4 UK Ministry of Defence air bases:
- RAF Leeming
- RAF Brize Norton
- RAF Coningsby
- RNAS Yeovilton
About you
- Experience in airside construction
- Previous involvement in MOD/DIO (Defence) projects
- Hold Security Clearance (SC)
- Preferably open to travelling to various project sites
