Nursery Nurse

Monarch Education are looking for motivated and welcoming Nursery Nurses to support a variety of local EYFS providers in and around the Wotton-Under-Edge area.

You will NEED to hold a Level 3 EYFS/Childcare Qualification to be able to meet ratio and have previous experience supporting children throughout EYFS that we can reference within the last 2 years.

They are looking for a motivated, caring individual with excellent communication skills with good knowledge of the up-to-date EYFS national curriculum. You will need to be able to plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities to promote learning and development while creating a safe and simulating environment for all children.

Required experience and qualifications:

Level 3 EYFS/Childcare Qualifications are preferred but not essential.

Will have previous experience within an EYFS environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Be able to motivate and support children from all backgrounds, as well as support their individual needs.

Key responsibilities

Provide high quality care and support for children of EYFS age.

Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities to promote learning and development.

Maintain a safe and stimulating environment for all children.

Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.

Follow policies and procedures in line with safeguarding and child protection guidelines.
