Are you a reliable, proactive individual with a knack for maintenance and a keen eye for detail?We're looking for a Site Manager to join us.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and takes pride in keeping a school environment safe, clean, and welcoming.

Contract:
Mon

• Fri, 6:00 AM 9:30 AM and 3:00 PM 6:00 PM.
• Split shift hoursFinal salary based on experienceTHE ROLE * Ensure the school premises are well maintained and safe for students, staff, and visitors.

* Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs, addressing any issues promptly. * Manage security of the site, including opening and closing the school premises. * Conduct regular health and safety checks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. * Oversee cleaning staff and ensure all areas of the school are clean and tidy. * Respond to any emergencies or issues that arise during school hours. * Coordinate with external contractors for larger maintenance projects.
YOU * Enhanced DBS check. * Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a school setting. * Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks. * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. * Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
