We are looking for commis to smash out our sides, prep and keep our kitchens clean and stocked with the tools they need.

You'll be working as part of a killer team and be part of 'generation Civs' while we cut a new trail through the hospitality world.


Our deal:

A cool, independent, family-owned neighbourhood pizza and pasta bar. The journey so far has been incredible and we are only expanding.

Staying true to Nonna's own recipes, Civerinos is personally dedicated to bringing authentic Italian street food to Edinburgh and beyond.

All our signature items are made fresh in house. Our dough is stretched by hand and fired to perfection. We use the best 00 flours to make our base and san marzano tomatoes for our famous sugo.
