General Maintenance Operative

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced handyperson to carry out day-to-day maintenance including maintaining, the general fabric of the home and undertaking minor repairs, whilst adhering to all health and safety requirements.

The role also includes monthly auditing of various risk factors and completion of documentation, fire safety checks, ordering of equipment and stock.

Ad-hoc requests from management include PAT testing electrical equipment, liaising with contractors, driving residents to appointments using the company minibus.


We aim to offer flexibility where we can but are ultimately looking to fill a full-time post of up to 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with very occasional callouts during the evening or at weekends.
