Skills & Requirements:
  • Desire to learn and dedication to achieving Early Years Level 2 or 3 qualifications
  • Passion for offering high-quality childcare
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Caring for infants from 3 months to nearly 5 years
  • Ensuring smooth operations of the nursery, contributing ideas for a fun environment
  • Recording observations and progress reviews for families and involved agencies
  • Designing and executing developmental activities for children
  • Adhering to inclusion, safeguarding, and health & safety protocols
  • Welcoming everyone into the nursery with excellent communication skills and building solid relationships with parents, children, and staff
  • Engaging in music, dance, storytelling, and enjoyable activities
