Responsibilities:
1.

Project Management:
Lead and manage cladding remediation projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Site Supervision:
Provide on-site supervision, coordination, and leadership to subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Technical Expertise:

Utilize your expertise in cladding remediation techniques, including the removal and replacement of flammable cladding materials, to effectively troubleshoot and address challenges as they arise.

4.

Quality Assurance:

Maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle, conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure workmanship meets company standards and client expectations.

Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, facilitating clear and transparent communication to manage expectations and address concerns promptly.

Team Development:

Documentation and Reporting:

Requirements:

Experience:
Proven experience in site management, with a focus on cladding remediation projects. Previous experience within brickwork construction is highly desirable.

Technical Knowledge:
Comprehensive understanding of cladding remediation techniques, including the removal and replacement of flammable cladding materials. Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
