As the Manager of Project Proposal , you will lead and coordinate the proposal development process for our Field Device business units for the UK and Ireland This position requires a high level of customer focus, critical thinking, project management skills, the vital skills to implement procedures and governance, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build compelling proposals that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Team Leadership: Build and empower a team of proposal engineers, ensuring a high technical caliber of experience, and encouraging a goal-oriented environment. Guide and mentor team members, aligning with the project pursuit team to set proposal strategies; Proposal Development: Handle the entire proposal process, ensuring quality, accuracy, and customer requirement compliance. Collaborate with various teams to gain information, review content, and develop pricing realization strategies; Collaboration: Communicate and influence at a senior level, ensuring input from a variety of collaborators, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and execution; Strategy and Planning: Ensure industry and customer application solutions with tailored proposals to meet their requirements, which align to the organisations go to market strategy. Work with collaborators to understand requirements and drive the team accordingly. Build and maintain standards, schedules, and templates to streamline the process; Quality Assurance: Establish and implement quality control processes to guarantee high-quality proposals. Conduct reviews and identify areas for improvement in content and processes; Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to clarify needs, address inquiries, and ensure understanding. Collaborate with sales to align proposals with customer expectations and market trends; Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of proposal activities and generate reports on metrics, success rates, and areas for improvement. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry standard methodologies and seek automation opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency. Who You Are:

You understand internal and external stakeholder requirements, expectations, and needs. You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions. You facilitate an open dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and collaborators.

For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree or validated experience in a relevant field (., business, communications, project management, automation); Proven project management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Familiarity with various served industries and understanding of customer requirements; Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work; Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
