We are looking to recruit a Caretaker at our Battersea Brands Hatch site.

Brands Hatch is equipped with specialist facilities for those dogs and cats struggling to cope with the busier London environment and is surrounded by 12 acres of fields.

This role will assist with the general day to day operations to keep this site running smoothly.

You will be responsible for:

  • Grounds maintenance including grass and hedge cutting.
  • Daytoday repairs of onsite fixtures and fittings.
  • Manual handling including moving equipment and supplies around site.
  • Ensure health and safety standards, processes, housekeeping and security are adhered to through regular checking.
We want to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience of performing site maintenance / grounds work tasks.
  • Awareness of/or willingness to learn relevant H&S legislation.
  • A flexible approach to managing a high workload and changing priorities.
  • Proven experience of working constructively and collaboratively with contractors and colleagues.
