Responsibilities:
- Managing the daytoday financial operations of the company
- Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Managing cash flow and forecasting
- Budgeting and variance analysis
- Liaising with external accountants, auditors, and other advisors
- Providing financial advice and guidance to the company's management team
- Implementing and maintaining financial policies and procedures
- Assisting with financial due diligence for potential acquisitions
- Developing and managing relationships with banks, other financial institutions, and thirdparty suppliers
- Managing payroll and other financial administration duties as required
- Working with and managing Accounts and Payroll Assistant
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager, ideally within the recruitment industry
(not essential): - A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial management
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in managing budgets and forecasting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is desirable
