Telephone Account Manager

Are you looking for a rewarding role that can help you to support clients in getting the right talent for their business? Are you looking for a flexible role that provides you a great working environment?


As a Telephone Account Manager this role offers a base salary of up to £38k per anum, plus £13k on target bonus (uncapped) along with benefits such as non contributory pension, 25 days annual leave, hybrid working after successful onboarding and workinghours 9am to 530pm during January to July and 9am to 5pm during August to December.

Flexible working hours are available following successful probationary period.

The role:

  • You will primarily be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospect clients developing new business from qualified leads and inbound calls.
  • You must be able to engage over the telephone in needs based conversations using a consultative approach whilst communicating at all different levels.
  • This role will involve online demonstrations on how the job boards work and discussions around the options available for its use
  • Your goal is then recommend and sell recruitment solutions that range from job board packages to content driven newsletter options with premium products

The person:

  • You will have a friendly, outgoing and engaging phone manner
  • Must be an excellent long term relationship builder
  • Be able to put clients at ease and help them to understand the right solution for their needs
  • Take ownership of a customer and prospect list
  • Be accountable for results
  • IT proficient with MS office and in house systems
  • An interest in digital solutions
  • Can demonstrate success in outbound telesales environment
