Job Purpose:

Our Sales Progressor responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, andconnecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Our Sales Progressor will answer client queries and progress our sales from reservation to the exchanging of contracts.

What you will do:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Achieve your KPI targets
  • Liaise with the Operations Manager to understand targets
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and Clevel
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customers undergoing progression
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits in the time set
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate with developers and conveyances to get the exchanges over the line within the set time
