Overview:

Duties:

  • Assist customers with enquiries, purchases, and providing product information
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop floor
  • Assist in stock replenishment and maintaining appropriate stock levels
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
  • Help in displaying merchandise effectively to attract customers
  • Follow food safety guidelines when handling food products
  • Support in food preparation activities as required
  • Ensure timely opening and closing of the shop according to schedule
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shop operations

Skills:

  • Making hot & cold beverages
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory management
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and assist customers effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
  • Experience or willingness to learn about food preparation techniques
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
