Job Description:
  • Plan, inspect, and execute repairs or maintenance tasks promptly
  • Respond to breakdowns efficiently
  • Conduct reactive and planned services in different environments
  • Perform statutory inspections on various assets
  • Ensure equipment operates according to set standards
  • Monitor contractors' workmanship
  • Maintain equipment properly
  • Adhere to Health & Safety regulations

Requirements:
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
  • Qualified Electrician with relevant certifications
  • Experience in Facilities Management
  • CSCS Skills card or equivalent
