Job Description:

  • Sourcing and evaluating candidates from various platforms to build a robust database.
  • Creating and posting detailed job ads with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships through effective communication.
  • Enhancing the company's online presence through social media management.
  • Exploring business development strategies, including lead generation via email, phone calls, and other innovative methods.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and other duties as required.

Education & Skills:

  • Preferably a recent Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Willingness to pursue an apprenticeship degree program.
