As the Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily care home operations
  • Providing leadership to care home staff
  • Ensuring high-quality care for residents
  • Monitoring residents' wellbeing
  • Supervising and training care home staff
  • Maintaining communication with residents, families, and external agencies
