THE ROLE
ZONE are a Blinds and Curtains company based in Wishaw. ZONE manufacture most of our own products such as Window Blinds, Curtains, Pelmets and other Soft Furnishings.

We are seeking individuals who strive for excellence, that can excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Sales & Service Advisor you will strive to provide top quality service to our customers and help to sell our vast range of products.


KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Making appointments via Showroom, Telephone and social media for our sales team.
  • Able to demonstrate our products to customers in person in our showroom.
  • Adhere to all Child Safety regulations and other legal requirements of the trade.
  • Handling customer issues over the telephone.
  • Helping to maintain stock control and assisting production with administration work.

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Ability to work well as part of a team and as an individual.
  • Must have a great manner in person and on telephone to customers.
  • Must be able to help develop our social media engagement.
  • Ideally has a driving license and has good knowledge of Areas of Central Scotland.
  • Ability to demonstrate our fantastic products to customers in person.
  • Ability to use a computer and handheld tablet.
  • Ability to solve problems or issues on the telephone
Full training will be provided

SALARY INFORMATION

  • Starting Salary of £11.00 per hour.
  • Performance Related Bonuses
  • Company Pension
  • 28 Days holidays

HOURS OF WORK

  • You will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm
  • You may be required to cover any staff holidays on a Saturday or a Sunday maximum 2/3 times a year.
