Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation NHS Trust has seven Steps to Recovery units, offering a range of rehabilitation services.
This post is based at Dan Mooney House and David Bromley House, two Complex Care Units located on the same site in Knowle, Solihull.
The post holder will contribute to the work of the multidisciplinary teams on the units, building collaborative relationships with service users who have complex mental health needs to enhance wellbeing and support recovery.
They will also have a leadership role within psychological services and be warmly welcomed into a well-established and supportive group of psychologists working across Steps to Recovery and Assertive Outreach Services.
Individuals at Band 8b or with suitable experience and eligible for this banding will be considered.
