We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about climbing and capable of delivering a great customer experience.


You must have strong communication skills, have a can-do attitude, and be able to establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and colleagues.

Positivity, enthusiasm, and flexibility are essential characteristics required to help deliver climbing instruction to a wide range of ages and abilities at Staveley Healthy Living Centre and other venues as directed in the Chesterfield Borough communities.


Applicants must have a minimum Climbing Wall Award (CWA) by a recognised body and a Single Pitch Award (SPA) is desirable.
