We are looking for a Graduate with background in Accounts or who would want to study ACCAThe role is a training role and is based near Wembley with a potential study package for the right person
you will work in the Finance department for 2 years doing a mixture of roles Prospects are good
The role is to start asap and is 100% office based
Role and Responsibilities
As an Accounts Administrator you will
- Raise Sales invoices
- Manage the Invoice Register
- Manage the Aged Receivables
- Match cash with Invoices
- Other Accounts Receivable duties
As a Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will
- Enter Purchase Invoices on the Accounting system
- Prepare workbooks
- Support Payment run
- Match Invoices to Po's
- Other Accounts Payable duties
- Ad hoc tasks within the Finance department
- Ad hoc tasks within the Finance department
