ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Trainee Financial Planner.
This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about finance, eager to learn, and ready to embark on a rewarding career in financialnplanning.
Responsibilities will include:
Provide administrative support, including document preparation, data entry and client file management.nAssist our Financial Planners in analysing financial information.nParticipate in training sessions to understand financial products, investment strategies and industry regulations.nLearn to develop personalised financial plans based on client goals, risk tolerancenand financial circumstances.nCollaborate with team members to stay updated on industry-specific changes.nBuild and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication andnoutstanding service.nWork closely with experienced Financial Planners to gain insights into holistic financial planning, effective communication, and client retention.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Preferable - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.nEagerness to learn and develop a deep understanding of financial planning principles.nAbility to work collaboratively in a team-orientated environment.nBasic knowledge of financial markets and investment products is preferable.nDetail-orientated with a high level of accuracy in work.
