We are looking for a Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Advisor for an initial 6 month contract with the option to extend and/or convert to a permanent staff role.

We are looking for driven individuals who enjoy working within a small team environment, for a great opportunity to be involved in the development of a new technology.

The role will be plant based in North Lincolnshire.

Purpose of Role:

To provide guidance and support for all site activities relating to the health, safety and environmental wellbeing of the people and plant based in North Lincolnshire.

Main responsibilities include:

• Management of the site induction system which includes staff and contractors.
• Carrying out site inductions and keeping accurate records.
• Delivering relevant, Toolbox Talks on a weekly basis.
• Reviewing RAMS and supporting the PTW process.
• Prepare SHE procedures and checklists.
• Carry out safety inspections and housekeeping audits.
• Strong site presence and proactive attitude to SHE compliance.
• Ensure all records are fully completed, reviewed, and stored correctly.
