We are currently seeking a Temporary Customer Care Co-ordinator to join our team at a top residential developer.

This is a great opportunity to work with a leading organisation in the property sector, and to develop your skills and experience within customer care and administration.

This is a temporary role, with a start date as soon as possible and will be ongoing work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logging invoices
  • Booking appointments
  • Chasing subcontractors
  • Liaising with internal departments and external contractors to resolve issues and queries
  • Providing support to the customer care team
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with general administrative duties

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach
  • Previous experience in administration
  • Knowledge of the property sector would be an advantage

Job Types:
