Vehicle Purchasing & Logistics
Administrators based at our new offices in Amberley Court, Gillingham Business Park.

Kent.

Previous Vehicle Administration experience essential.


The successful applicants will be fully aware of all aspects of Used vehicle administration within a busy car sales environment.

Duties will include carrying out due diligence checks for any outstanding finance, and where necessary obtaining finance settlement letters. Checking for theft and previous damage markers.


Validating MOT information and Identifying any mileage discrepancies or anomalies by using GOV.UK database, obtaining and verifying vehicle service history.

Arranging vehicle purchase invoices, generating and collating vehicle payment arrangements and preparing payment schedules.


Liaising with customers to confirm vehicle checklists have been signed and returned and also agreeing convenient vehicle collection dates and times.

Booking collections with our logistics partners and monitoring their performance vs our Service level agreements.


Attention to detail will be very important along with the ability to multi task and use own initiative to solve issues.


You will need to be flexible and pragmatic in your approach to customer issues & communications and be prepared to go the extra mile to make things happen and to meet deadlines.

We offer a friendly working environment in our newly refurbished and air conditioned office suite.

The role will cover 40 hours per week, predominately Monday to Friday, although some alternate Saturdays may be required.
