The Bectu sector of Prospect is the union for creative ambition representing over 40,000 staff, contract and freelance workers in the media and entertainment industries.

The Role of Organising Official

You will need to:

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, reps, members and employers
  • Develop branch capabilities for organisation and recruitment and work on specific industrial and recruitment campaigns
  • Have strong planning, organising, analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Manage personal autonomy whilst working across boundaries to sustain relationships with stakeholders, groups of members, and colleagues
  • Want to make the world of work better for everyone by promoting membership and the values of the trade union movement.
Interviews will be held on
Thursday 4th May in our London (Waterloo) office.
